Our Community
Fountain Pointe is a beautiful, gated community nestled in the heart of east Memphis.  Our location in the center of the metropolitan area enjoys both quiet seclusion and convenience to all of the area's amenities. Our common areas include an expansive lake, children's playscape, book lending library, and seating scattered throughout the grounds.

Together, we seek to manage the community in a manner that not only preserves, but enhances property values, all while remaining fiscally responsible.  Our HOA fees are reasonable and include maintenance of the common areas and campus amenities, mowing of individual homeowner lawns, community events and numerous other activities that promote the clean and well-maintained look of Fountain Pointe.  All of this is driven by a philosophy that recognizes our homes are an investment which we want to consistently grow in value.

Our homeowners are diverse, with wide-ranging careers and personal interests.  Within this website, our homeowners have access to numerous forums to connect to others with similar interests.  We are located in one of the prime school districts in Memphis, boasting high ratings.
